Did you know that Sure Step is in over 100+ countries worldwide? Our Distributor Tomasz in Poland is a great example of the success our Distributors experience, even outside of North America. 

Poland does not have a litigious culture and yet our Sure Step Distributor there is thriving. Unlike our Distributors in North America, Tomasz does not have the advantage of businesses in his area facing possible Lawsuits from slips & falls. Regardless, businesses in his area still see huge advantages in having Sure Step in their establishment to protect both their customers and their employees.

Distributor Training Recap

The following are examples of the training that is provided when a new Distributor joins the Sure Step Family! We provide 3 full days of training, and would never dream of training a new Distributor in a boardroom! We train each new Distributor right in their hometown, and you can read the results of a typical training below:




Costa Rica training: January 31 - February 2, 2023


The end of January 2023, I had the privilege to travel to San Jose, Costa Rica to train our newest Sure Step Master Distributors, Andre and Eugenio, in their beautiful city of Escazu. They are brothers, 8 years between them, of which Eugenio is the elder. Andre is an online investment banker and Eugenio is an influencer for an advertising company. They wanted to start a business together, so Sure Step became a reality, and from January 31 - February 2, 2023 we spent spreading the good news that Sure Step Non Slip is now available in Costa Rica.


It was a very productive training with many people being introduced to our product. The duo had many appointments set up with clients. They have huge connections including major property developers. Groups that basically construct mini pods within the city that include condominiums, retail shops, restaurants, auto dealerships, movie cinemas, and hotels, all in the same block and within walking distance so autos basically aren’t needed.

 
Day one was our normal introduction & review of products as well as treating tiles. The next 2 days were very productive and busy performing demos at multiple locations and performing actual on-site flooring jobs, such as an Italian restaurant kitchen, a shared dishwash room for a multi vendor food court, a shopping mall handicap ramp, 2 underground parking garages, a 7,500 sq foot outdoor commons area terrace entering an open air shopping district, hotel bathtubs, and multiple bathrooms just to name a few.

 
Andre & Eugenio were fortunate enough to gain vast experience treating many different floor types in the process, and everyone was very impressed with the results, and multiple quotes were issued. I would be very surprised if their initial investment was not returned to them within the first 2 months. Incredible! 
The training was a monumental success, and the country of Costa Rica will be forever grateful for Andre & Eugenio’s efforts, and their introduction of Sure Step Non Slip to the area.

May 16 - 18, 2021



 Brian and I spent our training May 16-18, 2021 in MS. He is presently a guard for a private security agency and plans to terminate that position once the Sure Step business takes off. And our 3 days proved for the reality of that to come true very soon. His business name is a unique one. I like it as our product is as such. Needs to be seen to be believed and appreciated.


  Our outing in the field was extremely positive with our very first stop. We walked in to the Holiday Inn, and once introducing ourselves, we were instructed to meet the maintenance director who stated they had issues with their bathtubs. We proceeded to a vacant room and treated one porcelain bathtub. No cost of course. ‘Mike’ was so impressed, and said he’d have the GM & owners inspect to give Brian the green light to do all 132 rooms. Next stop was the stadium, where once again we were greeted warmly. They had outdoor areas needing Sure Step, as well as 3 kitchens. After a few other stops, we found ourselves at the Courtyard Marriott where one family group own all 4 divisions of the Marriott brand, also including the La Quinta, Tru by Hilton, Hampton Inn, Country Inn & Best Western brands...22 hotels total!!! All family operated, and we were told if one liked our product, all would follow suit. We were instructed to give a one time lowest possible price and they would consider. So a proposal was issued verbally to start with one hotel and go from there. If they chose to do only a few hotels, then the price would increase. Brian is to issue a formal quote in the coming days once a start date was chosen. A VERY productive first day! Brian was pleased to say the least as he never imagined he would see such results so quickly.


 Over the course of 3 days of training, Brian just got more and more excited with response of the businesses we approached. On our last day we visited a large grocery store, Mercedes Benz dealership, high end steak house restaurant, and a few more hotels. Brian was able to see the different types of businesses that require Sure Step, and how easy it is to approach each in their own unique way. However after our first day, he thought the opportunities that hotels offered was the route he wanted to focus on to start. Overall, Brian was very impressed and recognized he made the right choice to become a Sure Step Distributor.
