Anti-Slip Products

sure step header

Sure Step is not a film or a coating. Nor does it leave any chemicals, grit or residue on the surface of the floor or bathtub. Once treated, 100% of the solution is neutralized and then removed.

A Sure Step treatment will not cause chipping, peeling or discoloration. In fact, a Sure Step floor and bathtub will look brand new again.

Every floor and bathtub treated with Sure Step is guaranteed to have an increased coefficient of friction for at least one to five years. And we back it up with a written guarantee.

The addition of Sure Shine, Sure Gel, Sure Sport, and Sure Clean will not only allow you to provide safety solutions for all of your clients’ flooring types, but will open up an entirely new market of demanded products and income streams for you. You will be able to diversify your business model of both providing the traditional Sure Step service as well as your choice of selling or installing the new products.

Most large clients like Hospitals, Nursing Homes, and Grocery Stores will have their own equipment and personnel to apply our new products. Smaller clients may not and there is an opportunity for additional revenue for you to apply the products. Floor Burnishers cost $600-800, but can be rented at many janitorial or rental companies for $35-50 per day.

A wonderful selling benefit of the new flooring safety products is that they will replace the client’s current floor waxing or restoring process so it is not an additional budgetary item. This sales cycle can be shorter and you can gain a long-term, repetitive client with consistent demand.

One selling difference for these products is that the audience, or at least those involved in the decision process, are in the maintenance area and will be very well versed on floor finishes, repair, equipment, etc. We have included details on the burnishing process to help educate you the equipment you’ll need.
In terms of safety, Sure Shine and Sure Gel ultimately provide the same benefits, with SureShine being more economical for larger areas and it has the ability to prepare floors for finish repair, while Sure Gel is more convenient for certain situations and can be use on natural stone.
